HASSLE FREE HOME HIRES OPERATIONS MANAGER

POTOMAC, MD. August 2003 – New home management company Hassle Free Home Services, Inc. has hired Andrew Balfour to serve as its first operations manager to assist with the growth of the company. Currently the company maintains 25 homes and is looking to grow and manage more than 1,000 homes in the WashingtonDC Metro areas.

Hassle Free Home, which was started at the beginning of the year by Jim Vagonis of Potomac, MD, has grown to the point where it is time to expand its operations to better assist its customers. Vagonis has been working for about 8 months on building the company’s processes and growing the number of customers. “In Andrew I found an individual who shares my value structure and dedication to customer service. He was looking to move from the corporate world into a smaller business where he could make a significant impact on the growth of a company and the lives of its customers.” Prior to joining Hassle Free Home, Andrew was a vice president in the Washington office of a national public relations agency. He lives in Olney with his wife and two children.

More information about the Hassle Free Home Services, Inc. can be found on the web at www.myhasslefreehome.com. When Jim and Andrew are not managing homes, they can be found with their families and friends here in the Washington/Baltimore metro area.
